  1. I heard that you found some bacon we can eat!! Thanks! Nick told me about coconut milk in the carton. Works great in my coffee. No lumps. It was at Eureka Health Foods for $5.29 for a half gallon.

  2. Yes I did, I listed in on my favorite Bargains this week, comes in a 2 lb package (that's the best deal at least) or they do have a smaller size to. And it is wonderful, nice thick bacon slices.
Yes, I love the coconut milk in the box, for other things besides cooking. Always have one in the fridge, also the only thing I use for the kids now. I discovered that the Almond milk I was buying from Costco had undesirable ingredients added to it like starch, so I stopped using that for the kids.
Check out the bargain list for Natural foods to find the brand name for the bacon.
    See you later today,

  3. I just found Coconut sugar crystal at the Co Op. New item. I got some for my coffee. Do you know anything about this item? Hopefully it's Paleo friendly.

  4. @ Irene,
Well, I have some bad news for you, it's still sugar and should be used in moderation. If you must have something in your coffee, Honey would be your best option. The coconut sugar (like any sugar) is best saved for treats. It's glycemic index however, is better than Agave, which "specialist" are now finding is worse than high fructose corn syrup, go figure! If in doubt, go without, is my motto.

  6. I wondered who that was. lol I thought it was too good to be true. Glad I only got a small amount. I did find the coconut creamer for my coffee. I think I'll just stick with that for now. I did buy the Agave a few months back but never used. Good thing!
